The coaching staff would like to thank the players for trying out for the Folsom Force. We commend the players for their great attitudes and efforts. The evaluators took their roles very seriously as they knew their analysis of each player would be taken equally serious by the player and their parents. There were multiple evaluators per age group. After each tryout the staff immediately met after each session and determined a roster of players who they believed should continue the process. Each evaluator’s results carried equal weight. Congratulations to the players that are listed for a team!

For the players that were not listed on a team, we thank you for your time and your courage for making the effort. We all have children of our own and we understand the disappointment. However, as we stated to each group during the tryout, if the player likes basketball, keep playing. Players grow and develop at different rates. One or two tryouts should not and does not determine anyone’s basketball fate. We wish each player the best.
